Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

JBZY is run by [COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE ADDED], registration code [COMPANY REGISTRATION CODE TO BE ADDED]. You agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy when you tick the box at signup; we keep a record of which version you agreed to and when. If you do not agree, do not use JBZY. We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do — continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. What JBZY does and does not check

• Right to work — the countries a job seeker lists as places they can work are their own statement. JBZY does not verify anyone’s right to work, identity, qualifications or experience. Recruiters are responsible for their own checks before hiring.
• AI suggestions — matches, rankings, summaries and drafts are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions, not decisions: check them before relying on them. Recruiters see the candidates our AI ranks for a job in order, without scores, and decide for themselves whom to contact.
• Company verification — a verified badge confirms only that we reached a working email address at the company’s domain, or that our team approved a manual review request. It is not an endorsement.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use JBZY. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and check it before your account can be used.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• Everything you provide must be accurate, including the countries where you say you can work. You may not impersonate another person or organisation.
• You may not use JBZY for an unlawful purpose or in any way that breaks these Terms.

4. Platform rules

The following are not allowed:

• Fake profiles — false identities, fabricated credentials, or misleading information.
• Spam — unsolicited messages, bulk applications, or automated abuse of any kind.
• Fraudulent postings — jobs that do not exist, contain misleading details, or exist to harvest personal data.
• Harassment — abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour toward anyone on the platform.

5. Quick Jobs and payment

Quick Jobs are short paid tasks posted by recruiters and claimed by seekers. The following terms apply:

• Payment — JBZY does not currently process payments for Quick Jobs. Budgets shown are an agreement between the recruiter and the seeker, arranged directly between them.
• Cancellation — an open, unclaimed job can be cancelled. Jobs already in progress cannot be cancelled by one side alone.

6. Disputes

A recruiter who believes a Quick Job was not completed as agreed may open a dispute. Both sides may be asked for evidence, and we aim to review within 48 hours of submission. Because JBZY does not currently hold or transfer funds, our decision records the outcome of the dispute but does not move any money.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings; doing so removes your profile from search. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, engages in fraud, or harms other users. Transaction records may be retained where we are required to keep them.

8. Liability

JBZY is provided as is. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job postings, or the conduct of other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBZY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
